Relevant experience required in Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Information Memorandum, Feasibility Studies, Due Dilligence & Valutation.

Job Title: Tax Manager

Relevant experience in tax planning, compliance, consultancy and preparation of tax returns. Experience in Zakat is a plus.

For all positions above, a minimum of (6) years of relevant experience is required for managers and a minimum of (3) years for seniors. Relevant experience with investment banks / big 4 accounting firms is preferred.

Professional qualifications required for all positions are either: MBA / CFA / CPA or CA
